"Put my 1 yr old son here and ended up leaving due to daily occurrences of teachers screaming at children. When I spoke to management about how uncomfortable it made me, they excused it as the teacher’s voice just “carries” or she “just talks loud”. We had no issues with his actual teacher but teachers that covered the class or were over other classes were the ones who yelled at my child as well as many others."

"Both my children (infant and 2.5 y/o) have been going to Kindercare on fortress for over a year now and we love it. My 2.5 year old learns so much everyday and loves her teachers so much. She will run inside the classroom every morning to go give them hugs. Ms Abby and Mrs Jackie go above and beyond with teaching and providing a loving and caring environment. My baby boy has been so well taken care of with Ms Jasmin in the infant room as well. Raven the director has made our experience here so amazing."

"Do not bring your child here. The teachers lie as well as the director Raven. The teachers are rude and manipulative. Please do not do it to your child. They would be better taken care of at another facility. It doesn’t matter how low the cost of the tuition is…it is not worth your child’s well being!"

Both of our kids have had great experiences. My son looks forward to going to school everyday to see his teachers and friends! Raven and Tiqua do an amazing job at being available if needed and the communication is great with email and the mobile app. I would recommend KinderCare to anyone!"

The staff is so welcoming, and still is! You can see that the staff truly enjoys their jobs and love the kids.
