"Every time I come into this location to print something at your print section, the younger kid working during the day always has a rude and arrogant attitude with me. And also, how do yall not notice he is always wearing his AirPods? I’ve been in 5 times recently and it sticks out like a sore thumb. If you allow that for your workers, that’s fine. But just know he looks super unprofessional. And it’s very off putting to me, the customer."

"I don't typically review corporate stores, but I was so impressed with my experience today I felt obligated! I'll feel awful if I get this wrong, but Lawrence (I am terrible with names), an employee working in the office chair department, went above and beyond in helping me. I was greeted with a friendly "hello, please let me know if there is anything I can do to help today" when I entered the chair section. I had an idea of what I wanted, but thought it best to try several models. He helped highlight benefits/difference of the various chairs and was quite knowledgeable. Once I had made my selection, he brought the chair to the front of the store and then offered to help take the chair to my vehicle. Amazing customer service. I will be back for future needs!"
