Whitney's Cookies

"Cookies are my favorite dessert, so I knew I had to try this place out, especially since it was recommended to me. The customer service was excellent, as they even let us try a free sample. However, when we were shopping for our cookies, we noticed tiny flies over some of them in the display case. We still decided to order since we made it out there, and to be honest, flies do not bother us all too much. Though this may not be the case for everyone. I feel bad in the moment we did not tell the worker, but after thinking about it later felt like we should have so this doesn’t happen in the future. Other than that, the cookies were still tasty (we especially enjoyed the strawberry one), and apart from the flies on the cookies, we would still give them another go and would recommend."

"Honestly if you’re looking for good cookies in Franklin, this is my new favorite place. Such friendly service, so welcoming, and so informative. The lady at the front let me know what their top sellers were as well as explaining each Cookie giving me an idea of what they all taste like. Probably the best part of all they can warm up your cookies for you, which makes it even more tastier. I can’t stop saying enough good things about them. "I was in town for an event and was excited to find a cookie shop! I tried a butterscotch gingersnap - my favorite, chocolate peppermint - tasted like a peppermint Oreo and also an apple pie. All were good and not overly sweet. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I’m sure they swap flavors out based on the season make sure you stop and check them out when in the area."

"Honestly I cannot come up with a word that accurately describes these gluten free cookies. They literally melt in your mouth with yumminess, especially warmed just a little. So many things taste horrible when you hear gluten free so I was hesitant at first. We bought one when we were in town visiting and I immediately regretted not buying more, once I had tasted, to take home to my family. So good in fact, we ordered a dozen for thanksgiving and my family had no idea they were gluten free!! Not only that, the company responds to messages and wants to make the customer, me, happy! Coupon toward my first order didn’t come in time so they refunded me the difference. Definitely will be ordering again! If you are in Franklin go, and if you aren’t, go order!!"

"These cookies are AMAZING! Seriously the “5 daughters” of the cookie industry. The chocolate chip is always delicious and chewy. The pumpkin chocolate chip is great in the fall! And my favorite for winter is the peppermint chocolate chip!! Once you try one there will be your life before Whitney’s cookies and your life after Whitney’s cookies."
