"People working here are incompetent. They pretend they do not understand what I was ordering. They charged extra for the items that came in as a part of combo. The cashier could not explain to us why we were charged extra. Nor he refunded us for the items we did not want. The guy at the counter kept saying it is the system that charged you and I cannot do anything. Always bad experience at the location. Sometimes lurking homeless people make it uncomfortable to get in the store. Sometimes the staff at the restaurant behaves fishy. This place does not deserve any stars. I cannot believe two men cannot even make and sell one sandwich fairly and smoothly. Staff members need some serious training before assisting public in restaurants."
