"I really dread and hate to have to do this. I was assaulted by an employee at this Y. M. C. A. Recently , they told me they had video footage of the employee hitting me on the head while I was swimming Because I was swimming, also all the YMCAs constantly have problems with things being broken. It's just not a good corporation. Unfortunately, please, I urge anybody do not go to the YMCA. Do not join to the YMCA they overcharge. 89 per mo. For what you get, you will always have problems there. They are overrun by children and elderly people who monopolize the gym. Now I'm going to have to take legal action against them. Because they're suspending my membership as they assaulted me. And there is video footage to show this The other thing I find absolutely insane and this is from somebody that's been going to Jim's all of his life as one little drop of water in the sky, and they completely closed the cool sonnet and steam room down it's apt. No other gym in the world does that I've been all over the world to the best gyms in the world. Nobody does that, but the YMCA in Tennessee absolutely absurd and makes no sense whatsoever."

"My recent visit to the Donelson Hermitage YMCA was incredibly disappointing due to the staff's lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the staff were more interested in their personal conversations than assisting patrons. Despite my attempts to seek help, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of concern for my inquiries. This disrespectful treatment is unacceptable, and it's evident that the YMCA fails to provide the level of service and professionalism that I expect. As a result, I have no intention of ever signing up with them or supporting an establishment that prioritizes anything other than the needs and satisfaction of its patrons."

"I love the facilities but in my experience the employees are either extremely nice or extremely rude. A manager actually made up a rule and kicked my son & I out of the indoor track area, when I called and spoke to a higher manager they told me no such rule existed. It sucks when you’re coming to the gym to better yourself and have to deal with employees trying to stop your fitness progress for no reason."

"I love the Donelson Y! There’s so much to do that I never get bored & that helps me stay motivated. The facility is large & clean. The staff is very friendly & helpful. I love the variety of different classes, there’s always something new to try."
