"I love the fact that the coffee pot was clean, they leave you coffee tea with plenty of creamer and sugar, you have more than enough cooking supplies plenty of salt and pepper, a pitcher inside the refrigerator for you to use and they leave you a bag of microwave popcorn!!! Definitely a nice clean place to stay."
"Have stayed here occasionally. This time however I have had no internet. Been 4 days. Went to desk and person told me there is no problem because she had internet on her phone. No offers to help get it fixed. No number to call. Pretty much, your tough luck."
"This hotel is an embarrassment to the Staybridge brand. When I say this hotel didn’t live up to expectations I don’t mean just that it wasn’t worth the price..I’ve stayed in $60 budget roadside motels that were better. The entire building is obviously older and has not been maintained. Dimly lit hallways, broken tile flooring, the parking lot smelled of Marijuana and the hallways smelled like someone had tried to get the cigarette smell out and had failed. We went to our room and immediately upon opening the door were hit with a wall of cigarette stench. We immediately went downstairs and asked for a different room. The second room, didn’t smell of cigarette smoke but was still musty. The shower leaked, the sheets for the pullout couch had literal holes in them and the heater sounded like a train. The only reason we stayed is because it was late and everything else was booked up. I can’t comment on breakfast because we got up early and left. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that it was amazing.."
"The front desk worker Amanda Was so helpful and made sure my stay was the best it could be. she was very kind and courteous and made sure all my needs were met. Even when I had an issue she went out of her way to make sure all of my requests were met. Definitely the best hotel employee I’ve ever met. I recommend this hotel for anyone who needs a reliable and safe place to stay with the upmost service I will definitely be staying again."
"Tamika at the front desk is amazing. By far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. This place has the nicest staff and everything is clean. I will not be back in Memphis but if you are reading this I highly recommend you stay here. The food is delicious the rooms are comfy and nice. The pool is nice and the fitness room is clean. Laundry facility is clean and free. Just an all around wonderful place to stay. Thank you"
