"Not an overall bad place. But, the room had an odd smell to it, the front desk refused to print a receipt when I left. The worst part was I ended up with bed bug bites all over my left ankle. I spoke to the front desk over the phone later and they just went silent. Do not stay here if you can help it."

"Room was great and clean I thought! Until I found a long stringy black hair hidden under the hand towels. But room was nice. Had a great view, & breakfast was available. Parking not safe! Car was broken into right next to mine, their window was busted glass everywhere! Desk personnel didn't call police whn notified."

"STEER CLEAR of this place! They have the worst communication I ever seen! I never leave bad comments but this is outrageous. I tried to call the hotel 6 times on a week and the receptionist girl and boy never ever passed my call to the manager. They told me they COULD NOT tell me the manager name and their phone. I just needed to change my reservation and they always kept telling me it was out of their responsibility… After this, they charged my card TWICE AS MUCH and don’t receive my calls and emails to solve it. I started to think it is an outsource call center in India, who writes all the responses on google maps and take calls. Coz they DON’T SOLVE anything! They just apologize and say they are going to try better. What kind of customer service is that if you reach a property and can’t get ahold of someone who can help you change your reservation??? Please don’t even respond this message if you don’t solve the problem. It’s just wasting of time. Make effort offering decent service instead."

"I would never stay or recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The room was clean but it had a nasty odor. The bathroom only had a shower and the sink was outside of the restroom. STRANGE DESIGN We had to program the television in order to see anything. When we were having trouble programming it. I called the front desk. The representative TOLD us what we need to do. (with much attitude). I asked him to come do it. He said the instructions he gave me should work. His instructions did not work. So I told him to come fix it. After he showed up with an attitude, he attempt to fix it then told me if it doesn't work, to give him a call....it final worked. The breakfast was horrible (coffee-good). While eating breakfast we were chatting with other guests and their experiences were similar to ours. HONESTLY they really need to get rid of the tall representative with the attitude and make sure the TV is already programed prior to guests arriving."

"40 plus min to check in. Desk clerk overcharger room by 100 plus dollars over reservation quote. Hotel is in transient filled part of the city. Staff not easy to work with on refunding overcharge. They had to run card multiple times. Breakfast selection is poor compared to other Best Western locations"
