"What a lovely little spot! We stumbled across this restaurant when we were in North Beach and wanted to get some Italian. It was one of the few spots that was open late. Boy, were we pleasantly surprised! The owner/chef was so charismatic and kind, made us feel taken cared of. He also gave great wine recommendations for our meals. The gnocchi was out of this world, it was like a pillow melting in my mouth. What a great experience especially when you want traditional Italian food. We will definitely be coming back again and trying more of the pasta dishes!"

"Stumbled across this place on Google maps finding dinner. Saw the photos and they caught my attention especially the gnocchi. It was an empty Tuesday night when I went in and no one was around so I wasn't sure what to expect. Ordered the truffle gnocchi and lord that's the best gnocchi I've probably ever had. So tasteful, so soft, so damn good. Order it with a side of bread and you're in for a good evening. Peso gnocchi isn't bad either."

"Adorable little spot in North Beach that transports you right to Italy :’) The chef and owner is so charismatic and charming, and made us feel so welcome. Their pasta dishes are so down-to-earth, and a great option for when you’re just feeling like some traditional, homey italian food. I loved their carbonara, the beef ragu was so tender and flavorful, and the gnocchi perfectly pillowy. It’s also one of the few remaining spots in the city that gives you complimentary bread, which scores them a ton of points in my book. Will definitely be returning soon!"

"Seriously the best Italian food I had in the US so far! The sauce of the ravioli is so good I almost ordered a second serving. My friend ordered the carbonara and she said it was also amazing. Tiramisu was delicious and definitely worth trying. As someone who often feel American desserts are too sweet, the taste is quite delicate and really similar to the ones I had in Italy. I would definitely return if I travel to San Francisco again. Totally worth the high ratings!"
