We sit our drinks on the table and not even 5 minutes later there were 3 baby roaches on the drink rim. They come out of every appliance in the room. From under the fridge, the microwave, the lamps and in the tub. A picture paints 1000 words."

"As a trucker, after visiting my room, I cut my losses and slept in my truck instead. I was the 2nd car to check in to this hotel. I am a diamond rewards member who often gets complimentary upgrades with BW. Despite the hotel being entirely empty, they put me in a room that's been heavily fumigated. I'm not a smoker, but I've had many smoking rooms that smelled far better than this, just to put this in perspective. I put up with the smell until night time, but when I went into the bed it felt moist and lumpy. It gave me a gross enough feeling to just cuddle up in the blankets of my truck until 4am and then drive to work. Usually 4 star ratings in Google hotels are good indicators, but y'all are too nice with this one."
