"My family and I have been coming here for a long time. I took in my car for smog a few days ago, and he [not sure what his name was, the owner] was gone for about 5 minutes. He came back to inform me about a problem, because just the other day my engine light came on. And then he recommended that if I want to save money and my car then to stop by the dealer to purchase spark plugs. He saved me so much money. He told me that I can get them for cheaper, but I prefer toyota parts on my Toyota car so I saved a few hundred bucks on labor. And my car was able to pass smog once he tweaked a few things that didn't cost me an extra dime."
