"Today in the morning I filled gas at this gas station and took a car wash. I was reading my emails during the wash and only realized how bad the wash was after reaching my office. I called them and the person in the counter asked me to come in the evening. I went in the evening to get my car wash. The person in the counter denied to give me another car wash code and started bullying me for not knowing Hindi. Avoid this car wash at any cost."

"Wife went alone and took her car for a rear brake change, the estimate came out to $900+. I then called a few other mechanics and asked for quotes and their estimates came out to $245-$374 for the parts and the labor. She received a call and was told her vehicle is ready and parked outside the place. I get to the shop and was told I’m paying $600 when they already negotiated on a price of $443 which the cashier then agreed on. These ppl take advantage of ANYBODY who doesn’t know much about cars. People pleeeaaase do your own homework/research on what your getting yourselves into."

"Customer service is very Poor!! Im a Business owner myself and Im in the service industry. I went there and got gas and car wash. After I gassed up went thru the car wash. It was malfunctioning, didn't go thru the cycles,didn't dry my car even a little. Went back to cashier to get refund and he Laughed at me and said its a machine, no refund. His name was Balvir. That's what my receipt says. Never going back. If I could give zero stars, that's what I would give. Go to the 76/ Circle K across the street!!"

"Calling for management to make your carwash removed. The brush for the top part of cars doesn't reach the back and it only rolls to the half way of the roof of cars. I paid $15 for it and it didn't. Lean at all. 3 minute total.n#chevronunioncitycalifornia Never car wash here"

"New pumps got installed on our way faster now I am very much happy with the new gas pumps. But I am extremely unhappy with the car wash that never seems to work. It is always down for maintenance and they’re always in construction. I will update us as soon as I see improvement at this gas station. Next time I come I hope to also go into the service center. Maybe they can do a good job I will update this review. I have also seen that there are a lot of homeless people around but it’s not their fault."
