"Delicious pasta and meatballs. Lovely staff. The team and cooks are wonderful. We all enjoyed their pizza after the parade."
"When it comes to dining experiences, some people are all about the ambiance and others are all about the food. However, when it comes to this particular eatery, it's hard to say which is more impressive. The walk up the street to this restaurant is certainly a great way to work up an appetite, but even if you arrived there via teleportation, you'd still be impressed with what you find. Let's start with the lasagna. When it arrived at the table, it was clear that this wasn't going to be a dainty little slice of pasta. This was a beast of a dish, with layers of cheese, noodles, and sauce piled high. The meat sauce was slathered on so generously that you could practically see it dripping off the edges. But hey, that's the way some people like it, right? And in this case, it definitely worked. The lasagna was so hearty that it felt like a meal and a half. In fact, it was so big that there was enough leftover to take home for dinner. That's what we call value for money. But it wasn't just the quantity of the food that made this meal so enjoyable. It was the quality too. Despite being as heavy as a brick, the lasagna was incredibly flavorful. The sauce had just the right balance of sweetness and acidity, and the cheese was melted to perfection. The noodles had just enough texture to give the dish some bite, but not so much that they were chewy. Overall, it was a delicious brick of a lasagna that we devoured happily. To top it all off, we got to enjoy our meal outside on a cute little table that added to the charm of the whole experience. It wasn't the sturdiest piece of furniture, but that just made it all the more endearing. So, whether you walk, bike, or drive to this restaurant, you won't be disappointed. It's a place where you can indulge in some seriously tasty food and enjoy a charming atmosphere."
"Cute little spot and the food is even better! The lady that works there is super nice as well. If I lived in San Francisco, it would definitely a regular spot for me! I ordered the gnocchi with pesto and it was fresh and delicious. We also got an affogato! If you love ice cream and espresso get it! Definitely make a stop here if your in the area!"
"We ordered the veggie lasagna and fettuccine Bolognese. Both were v good! The veggie lasagna had a lot of veggies in it - bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, carrots. The photo with the half eaten lasagna shows the inside. The fettuccine was very nice too, sauce had a good amount of meat even tho it was a bit salty. Both dishes came out hot, cooked on the spot."
"I thought this was a pretty high end Italian place but it kind of gives off fast food vibes because their menu is super simple and it's self serviced - order at counter, grab your own seats, etc. The pasta is great I'm sure and sauces are delicious, but I do wish that they would allow for a bit more customization. Seating here is not too limited in terms of seats and tables, but it'll probably be filled up and there's often a line especially during peak hours, but this is still a good spot to go with a friend for a hangout or catch-up. Enjoy!"
