They're so much more respectful and they value your presence there much more. The associates have been rude to me a couple of times coming in to the Oakland location. I don't recommend."

"Took them about 2.5 hours just to get my 5k maintainence done and it doesn't even require an oil change. Just a basic tire rotation inspection, wash, and thats about it. Wanted to avoid coming to this place but had to get rid of the maintainence alert on the dashboard. Totally regret this."
