Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change

"My first time changing oil here. It was a very pleasant experience. The moment I pulled over to the waiting line I was offered coffee and soda. My car doors were lubricated. They explained the process as they were working on the car. Overall, I am very pleased. This will definitely be oil change stop in the future if they keep current level of service. Two thumbs up!"

"It's been my place of choice for the past two years. Very good customer service. I highly recommend it even though I do not personally into the up-selling of additives and what-not. Can't complain since that is the norm everywhere. Also, the complimentary car wash is a nice extra."

"I recently took my Audi for an oil change at Oilstop. Everyone was very polite and they were able to change my oil. My issue and reason for the low rating is that they initially quoted me at $130. Once the job was done, they present me with an invoice of $270…although they were “generous”enough to give me a $50 discount. That is still about $100 more than I have ever paid for an oil change. To top it off, they were not able to reset my Service Engine light, because they didn’t have the right tool…I was told to take it to the dealer to turn off the light. Never had to do this with previous services at other service centers. I would not recommend this place to anyone I like."

"I’ve serviced my car since my dealership servicing plan ended years ago and they have always been outstanding. I will say that if there are more than 3 cars per bay, you should avoid the time it will take. It’ll be hours to get it done. They will offer all the services with full transparency and kindly walk away if you don’t want it. Car has been running great and I have had no issues with any of the services and I’ve done them all."
