"I needed a tow truck because my car had died (starter). I told Edgar that I needed to be towed to the dealership (bc I was buying a new car). He was kind enough to tell me that I could get more for my car if I sold it privately, but I explained that I didn’t have time to deal with selling the car. So he gave me the number of a place and told me to tell the owner that Edgar sent him. I did and Frito (the tow trucking business owner) treated me like gold. I felt like Edgar took care of me even though I didn’t actually need repairs from him. That’s rare. When I do need repairs, I’ll come here."
