"If I give a 0 star I would. Purchased a non perishable item online to pick up in store. They cancelled my order at closing. I reordered the item, I received an email when they opened that they were out of stock of the item. The employees weren’t listening to my question, kept cutting me off telling me they cancel it to items don’t spoil. It wasn’t food! In my order email, I wasn’t informed my order would be canceled if I don’t pick up same day. Terrible customer service at this store as I’m speaking to the cashier, another lady comes and cuts me off speaking. They kept saying the same thing over and over, it’s canceled at the end of the night to avoid item being spoiled and so someone else can purchase it. It was a non perishable item, it wasn’t food at all!"

"Its a bit different, kind of like the markets i visited in Germany. Variety, but limited selection of items. Prices are good. I can see myself shopping there more often. We were looking for sirloin steaks, came out with several items totaling about $25. Bought fish from here several times...fish has never been frozen! They now have self checkouts"

"The store is nice and organized. Great staff but quality of their foods have diminished. I’m a huge consumer of Aldi in Florida. Moves to TN and found the quality of this Aldi to be horrible. The cheese was disgusting and tasted horrible. I had to throw out most of what I bought. Not happy with the brand Aldi. They’re cutting corners on their products."

"Aldi's has come so far over the years and the selection has increased with variety and quality. We decided to try this location since we were in the area and had never shopped here before. We got several kombucha as well as a couple cheese and chocolate advent calendar for a friend. They were busy and well stocked, the checkout had 2 lines and did not take too long at all!"
