"Let me start off with saying my knowledge in the building materials market is almost nonexistent. Our new home was having some cracking issues in the ceiling, so the builder decided to place expansion joints in the two lower corners of our Coffered ceiling. Then said they needed to stay exposed so they would not crack again. After speaking with Kirk over the phone for a few minutes trying to explain what was going on, (in my less than knowledgeable way) Kirk gave me his personal cell number so I could send him pictures to give himself a better understanding. He then gave me a few options of what he thought might work & which one he expected to work best. I greatly appreciate your help today sir & will offer your name to anyone that ask about using RTM!"

"I arrived about 6:30, 30 minutes before my 7 am appt. The unloader was waiting for me. I pulled into the lot across the street and backed across the street into the Rocky Top yard. The dock is at an angle and you will have to blindside into it. But they have yellow marker lines to the dock and bright lights which makes it easier to bump the dock with relative ease. I was unloaded fairly quickly and was out of there a little after 8."
