"Lived down the road for almost 2 years. While the people are nice my overall experiance has been a nightmare. I've had my ID rejected a few times. This isn't because it scans as expired or looks fake. I look young for my age and because of this they won't even bother checking my ID. It's a huge hassle for me. The woman in charge didn't scan my ID at all the last time i went there. I'm 28 and she didn't like that i wasn't identical to my photo. A photo which was taken 5 years ago. No big changes have been made. Same hair color but a few inches longer than the photo and i've lost about 10-15lbs. I don't look TOO different. It's nothing crazy. I tried to explain to her that my eye and hair was the same. I showed her my passport and a few other cards in my wallet. I work right down the road so it's annoying when this keeps happening around my work place. My brother was with me and finally came in to show his ID. Even though she pointed out i was older and shared his last name, my ID was still refused. Again, wouldn't even scan or try to look at it. Flat out rejected. I see that as poor service. It's one thing to reject an ID because a person went being a brunette to a blonde. But that's not the case here. She didn't even TRY to verify the ID simply because i looked young. If you're like me and you do not look your age: SKIP THIS STORE. It's not worth your time or money if you're going in for adult guilty pleasures. Spend your money elsewhere."

"I'm not the type of person to complain about racism or bigotry but this owner is the definition of a jerk and a fool. He drives away customers with his insulting remarks about Mexicans. I feel sorry for him but won't give him another penny and I hope you don't as well."
