"Very bad experience. Horrible customer service. After having to call myself because they can’t pick up a phone and do it themselves I finally got an appointment scheduled. It took me over a month to get a response and that appointment. I needed my case looked at and finalized before school started but that didn’t happen. I’d give them zero stars if I could."
