"Love our hometown hardware store"
"Prices are higher than other places. I went in during a college football game and it obviously was a huge inconvenience for the guy that helped me. I don't know much about construction so when I go somewhere to get a part I don't need the condescending tone. Yes, you work there and should know more than most. Some people get their knowledge and inspiration off youtube and have no clue what their doing. A simple explanation would be great or even offer other ways to do it, cheaper but retain the quality. Its not hard."
