"Highly recommend Copeland Hardwood for floor repairs, install, and re-finishing! They were extremely helpful in replacing our water damaged hardwood and making, not only the damaged room look incredible, but sanded and refinished ALL of the hardwood flooring in our house to match. Without asking, they covered up areas of the house with protective sheets while sanding and removed wall decorations to keep from any dust. Cleanup after each day was handled with just as much care. The team was always early to arrive each day and communicated each step of the process to make sure we knew everything that was going to be done to ensure our floors looked better than before. You can't go wrong the with this company, we will use them again when needed!"

"Highly recommend. I would definitely use them again. I could tell during the sales process that these guys are very customer focused and gave me full confidence that they were the best choice. That's why even though they came in with the highest quote, we hired them to do the job. We ordered grade 2 hickory, which has a lot of color and knots. The bundles they brought over did not have the proper coloring or knotting. They had to go back to their supplier multiple times to get us the exact flooring that we wanted. They even pulled up part of the floor they already installed to get the right boards in place for us. Also, the crews they sent over couldn't have been nicer or more respectful and they did a great job. Now, everything didn't go perfectly smooth and there were a few hiccups, but they responded quickly and took care of everything. The floors look great!"
