"Shop Elsewhere / Poor Customer Service. We remodeled our kitchen and put down new hardwood floors. B&B advised us to do the floors first and after the Kitchen was completed they would come out and take care of any scratches and/or damage done to the floors. The new floors were installed and several pieces were in poor condition with large holes in the wood. They installed those pieces anyway and placed them right in the walk area of our living room where they are quite noticeable. If you are going to use flawed wood, Common Sense would tell you to hide those pieces in closets or around the edges, but they put them right out front. The only thing they would do was to fill the holes in our new floors with wood putty (which is not a permanent fix). Additionally, after kitchen cabinets were installed, there were scratches in our new floors. We called them and was told they would call us back to discuss. Of course they never did return our call.
