"I had the best experience whenever I visited! Everyone was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and able to answer whatever questions I had. Nature’s best had everything I was looking for and unique plants that I had never heard of. I followed their recommendations and my lawn and plants look the best it ever has. "This establishment will NOT offer any sort of refund. It doesn’t matter how much you buy or what you buy. If a plant dies the next day, “so sorry!” They create excuses to excuse themselves. Upon payment, I had asked if we could return plants if needed? I was told “that will be fine”. We had purchased a wide variety of flowers and some had to be returned due to inconsistency in appearance. When we went back 30mins later, that same individual said “absolutely no returns”. The plants hadn’t even been unloaded off the box truck yet! Further more, his supervisor came up to double down on their crafty behavior. We were only allowed to swap out for something different. But if your expecting a refund for ANY reason, you will be disappointed. “Absolutely NO REFUNDS! Drive up the road a few miles to “Fast’s Greenery” nursery. Skip this establishment with their crafty employees."
