"Great supplies, good deals occasionally, well stocked but very poorly managed. There is always some poor single harried worker checking people out while the phone rings off the hook. It's almost like post Covid the company decided it could run the entire store on 3 employees. One to cut fabric, one to fill online orders and one to check people out. So we wait in line for an hour to check out. No help if you need to find something. Not fun. Don't go on your lunch break."

"Jeanne was so rude she did not say one word to me the entire time she was checking me out she didn't say are you ready ,she didn't hello, she didn't even tell me my total and then I took it upon myself to get my receipt because she literally acted as If I was at self checkout and then she's going to have the audacity to ask me if I got my receipt after not saying a word to me. How rude I used to work here I never treated people that way if jon and Vicki are still managers this would explain that because they are good for nothing themselves."
