"I’d stay away from this place. As a former employee, they promised me training but I never received what I would consider training. They have people in Indiana that won’t help the local office here in Nashville. Stay away. You can do better"
"Horrible experience having a shower tiled in a new construction home, they were out 3 times to repair things and it still doesn't not look like a new shower should looks like I did it myself. Just going to have to buy the grout a fix myself at this point, they can't do a smooth straight grout line to save their lives. Had cracked tiles they left with no intention to fix until I complained, very unprofessional. Very disappointed."
"If you're going to read this review please read the entirety-- This review has gone from a single star, all the way up to a five star review. While the initial install was rough, Kermans has gone above and beyond (way beyond) to rectify the situation. They're putting good people in good positions who realize the importance of communication and customer service. Hats off to them for recognizing their shortcomings, improving, and coming through for the customer. Kermans "installed" the flooring in my Beazer home. Upon moving into the house the wood floors cracked. We were assured this was just settling of new floors. From Nov-Jan we used our gas fireplace more due to HVAC issues. This can affect wood flooring/dry it out. However, these are engineered wood floors. Not sure that there should be that much moisture in these planks. Fast forward a year and there are significant gaps in the floor at the door frames. An installed came out and looked at the floors and determined that there's not enough glue on the floor. That this could be from the gas fireplace but also is a result of incorrect installation. A Kermans representative said the floor would have to be completely replaced. Their star rating is slowly creeping up. I've been dealing with a supervisor who completely took care of the whole warranty deal with my building/HVAC people. Also, the demo team showed up and quickly removed the floor. Had to take a brief respite to check a couple things. Kerman's installers came back this morning to install the new flooring-- brought a new vapor layer/pad which was above & beyond my expectations. Also the warehouse manager (who had called to verify we'd received the correct floor) stopped by the make sure all way in order. The installers have also patched some minor cracks (determined to be cosmetic by a structural engineer) which was again above and beyond! I have to say I'm more than satisfied, I'm elated at how Kermans has made what was a crappy, frustrating situation right!"
