"Typically I do not leave reviews, however in this case the help I received from Leen Hasan deserves to be noted. I needed some tile pallets moved, to get to the tile pallet on the bottom. This was in order to match tile die lot numbers to get as close as possible to my existing tile. I knew this was not going to be easy. Then, Leen walked up to check on me and I explained the situation. With a friendly smile, she replied, " Don't worry I'll make sure you get the tile you want." She took over from there, going to find 2 guys that worked the floor and a fork lift driver. She had them move the pallets for me. Before leaving she checked back to make sure I had the specific tile needed. Great Customer Service!"

"I came to Floor & Decor to see what type of products were offered and hopefully use for any of my future projects. I was greeted with a smile by Leen who asked if I needed any help. I explained my reason for being there and how I wasn’t planning on purchasing that day. She offered to show me around the showroom and we walked around and talked about each of the products offered. She is so knowledgeable! She also told me about which products she used in previous projects. She was a breath of fresh air! I will definitely be back to work with her.
