"I had the worst experience at this location. The vaccination vet Happy was wonderful but the three women he had working with him doing the vaccinations were awful. I usually don’t like to post bad reviews or reviews in general but the way they treated my dog was terrible. They put him in a chokehold covered his back end and head with a towel. He has never bitten anyone especially at the vet. I took him to the vets to check if he had torn his acl, two women were able to wrestle him down and pull his leg in every direction and he NEVER snapped or growled at them. They also had the owner of the practice who is 6’4 check and he didn’t bite either. The women at tractor supply were nervous from the start and which made me uneasy knowing how unequipped they were. They tried to direct me to comfort my dog and would tell me to do the complete opposite. I shouldn’t have to do their job as a paying customer. Please educate your vet staff -minus happy(:"

"Excellent customer service by Gabby, who went above and beyond for Delaney and showing her a baby duck. Melinda, cashier, was also such a pleasure. The store is always so clean. Love shopping there!"

"Terrible.. just terrible. My father was trying to purchase a lawnmower yesterday. He paid with a check and was told that it didn’t go through so my parents went to the bank to get a cashiers check. Returned back to TSC and they had an issue with the cashiers check. My father explained a cashiers check was the same as cash.TSC then called the bank to verify the cashier check. Which was confirmed. He was so frustrated that he left and took his cashiers check back. Garbage. Insensitive. Will never spend money there."

"Customer service was terrible tonight and they have no communication skills. Came in to get some propane before 8:30, but all employees were busy. Waited my turn, 5 minutes later and asked if I could get some propane, they radio back to someone else and told me they would be out there in a minute. Went out pulled my tanks and waited for 15 minutes. Went in to ask when someone was coming out, to have TSC employee tell me that the propane was closed for the night. Very frustrating dealing with poor communication, someone could have come out to tell me that the propane was closed for the night."

"Awesome place to visit. Had so many items. Shopping for dog food, treats, toys and supplements. Had employee, Renea Tremmal, helped me. Extremely knowledgeable about all the items I bought. A real asset to the store. Will definitely go back to shop there again. So glad to find someone to help me."
