"Submitted a request for info on Saturday. Received a call and text on Tuesday afternoon during the work day, which I was unable to take. Responded back via text on Tuesday asking to arrange a time for a phone call. No response. I got another text Thursday morning saying "give me a call". When I called back, the person picked up and hung up. Ultimately, the customer service has been beyond weird and unimpressive, so I won't end up doing business with them."

Johnnie was so helpful picking out discount carpet for our bonus room on a Friday, and Cy had it installed by the following Thursday. This is a small operation so you definitely have to be flexible with install scheduling but it's worth it. Best of all we saved a lot of money over even the cheapest options like Empire or Lowe's and got higher quality carpet. A++."
