"I called on Monday at 3 p.m. asking about a product of which I needed 100. Too late to pick up Monday, so I asked what time they open on Tuesday. 7:30 they said. I arrive at 7:30 and the door is locked. I wait 15 minutes and call. No answer. I can see people inside but they're ignoring me. I call again. A lady said the she'd be right there to unlock the door. FINALLY, AT 8:04 she unlocked the door. She told me they had a truck to unload then she couldn't find the front door key. They didn't have the product I needed but told me they'd be there by 7:30 Wednesday morning. On Wednesday I waited until 11 knowing they weren't good at keeping their word. I go in and they tell me the order didn't get on the truck in time and I should come back tomorrow. I will not come back. Not tomorrow, not ever. Your management skills are terrible. Your people skills are worse. Why would I, or anyone else whose time is valuable waste it with unprepared, unprofessional, unapologetic companies. I found the products I needed at your competitor. I opened an account and was treated well. So long. I hope this is a situation that teaches you to respect your customers and their time."

"Pretty rough experience here today. Cashier showed zero desire or ability to help. I called in earlier and was told that they had what I was looking for, when I got here after a 40 mile drive... a different story. Even the person at the desk behind the cashier made zero attempt to help. Bummer, since this place used to be my go to for my business."

"I stood at the counter and waited for 5 minutes for someone to help me while the lady in the office watched me and talked to another employee. I guess my business was not important to them. I left and will do my business elsewhere."

"Fastenal is the place to find that part you can't find anywhere else locally. The prices tend to reflect that as well though. But to have them locally, and being able to just buy one or two parts vs a whole box/set, it's a great convience and typically worth the extra cost imo."

"Friendly staff, and carry many items I've had trouble finding elsewhere. Have special ordered hard to find items with ease. Prices could be more competitive with online vendors but great to have the option locally."
