"The only reason he got one star is because I can’t go in the negative. Order with caution. I received my product after having to drive 60 miles out of my way to get it because he misjudged how much shipping would cost and try to charge me an extra $200. When I received the product I inspected it looked like a third grader painted it, there’s rust marks all over the place along with drip marks on the bottom of the rail and it’s peeling (for the 450 you charged give a brother some primer). so I guess I’m gonna have to go andso it looks like an adult actually painted it . No wonder it’s no because whenever you get it it’s garbage. I should’ve shopped around. I should’ve listened to the reviews. I know he’ll reply Sorry buddy I’ll just try harder next time. I’ll make sure everybody I know along with any media platform I’m on to stay away from this place. After unwrapping the masterpiece once I got home not only does it look like a 3rd grader painted it. The welds are some of the worst. I know he wanted it done quick but this is shameful. Typical Alabama response . Thanks for using Darrell. You could care less. You are a true POS."

"I had been searching at stores and online, for a security door Z bar kit for several years. I decided to do one final attempt online to locate parts for my door. He asked me to take a photo of my door and from there told me he knew exactly what I wanted. I was surprised because I had to searched for so long for the right parts. "I had a very good experience with ACI Supply. There were metal steps to an upstairs rental apartment that needed a lot of welding repair. I had previously tried to get another mobile welder to do the job, but he could not get to it in the timely manner that he had first promised. I called ACI Supply and spoke with Mr. Avery. He was able to do the job in a timely manner and the repairs were thorough. He communicated to me before the work was done and during the repair.
