"The worst customer service from manager (Derrick?) down to the appliance department. The delivered our fridge, stove, and microwave to our old home instead of the new location where we're moving. The worst part is they didn't deliver that day because it was only 30 minutes away; and they wouldn't deliver it the next available day. Instead they started completely over and are making us wait a whole other week (7 more days) before correcting it. They suck! Rude, interrupting, and dismissive. Will never go back. Lowes here we come!"
