"This place is a gem and Mr. Charles is the nicest and friendliest person I've met in a while. I had the tuna with avocado and it was AMAZING. His prices are very reasonable for the area and the options are fantastic. Definitely my new go to sandwich place when in the area."

"I've walked past this place countless times, and never really considered it as there are a number of closer sandwich delis to me. Based on the location and comments from the owner, the primary clientele are high school students, with local office workers. To be honest, there are better sandwich spots in the area, but I do appreciate the price point here. I went with a crab salad sandwich, a bag of chips, a cookie, a Chinese pastry, and a drink, and I think it only cost me $16. Considering the average lunch downtown is now pushing $20, this place is a steal. I also genuinely appreciate the selection here - the man has smoothies, sandwiches, salads, a great selection of chips and drinks, but I was blown away by his baked goods! He had at least 6 different types of cookies, plus an entire case of Chinese buns like bbq pork buns, hot dog buns, and coconut buns, and he even had a few pre-made sandwiches for the grab and go crowd. I would come back. Again, there are closer deli/sandwich spots to me, but as I've now been hitting those up for the past 3 years, changing it up is nice, and so is this cute little place."
