"They left our job without finishing. They brought the wrong kind of threshold piece with them and when they put it down, it left a big hump over the tile that the wood is adjacent to. I asked them to take it up and order a different kind so that my children wouldn’t trip over it. They assured me it would be ordered and they would come back out to install it. The guys at floor works who managed our job never came back out to see the quality of the work after their installers installed the floor. We called several times afterwards to check on our threshold and were told the guy who managed our job was no longer there. They kept giving us the run around and would say they would call us back and never did. Meanwhile it’s been A year and we still don’t have our threshold. Worst business I have ever dealt with! Make sure you go over every single detail of your order and ask every question imaginable before you let them come into your house to do work! They are not professionals!"
