Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

"Needed help on color selection but store was semi busy and appeared understaffed. I figured it out myself but was disappointed. I need to send homeowner to a Sherwin Williams store but now I'm concerned about what kind of help they will or won't get if other stores are like this one was today. Hopefully this was a one off day at this store."

"Everyone was friendly and helpful when answering basic questions. Since my review, I have been back to the store three more times. Once to have paint mixed. That didn't happen bc equipment wasn't working. Once to get help about paint colors. During that time, I learned just how limited the selection is at this location and was told to got to Germantown. Finally, to have some paint shaken as an attempt to salvage it after a freeze. Overall, I would say that if you only want basic colors and service this location works. If you need something beyond tinting, mixing and purchasing, go to the Germantown or Collierville locations. The staff is still friend, just not as helpful as the Collierville and Germantown locations."

"Kara is apparently overworked, she or the other guy in the store can't be bothered by people because it's been a long day. I was in line by the tables because I've also had a long day but they took 2 people that came in after me first all because they didn't care. When I mentioned it miss Kara had a fake extra nice attitude so I walked out as she continued with the fake complements all the way to the door"

"Young lady behind the counter was very efficient, friendly, and also had some good advice. There were 3 others in front of me and we still got out in about 30 minutes. Will come back there if needed"

"Honestly I was expecting more help, experience, advise from the staff, which is why I didn't go to Lowe's or Home Depot. But as it turns, the staff that day was young, inexperienced, and didn't even come out from behind the counter to help, explain the different paints, etc., Even though I was asking questions. A store that specializes in paint should do better."
