"Memphis-Springbrook location. On the phone they were personable and assured me that they either had the part or could help me out. We discussed brand, measurements. Upon arrival they told me that the part I needed was not replaceable and I would need the whole assembly. They stated item would not be on a private residence and other strange comments. Even made a call to back themselves up that it is not available. I did not believe them as I already knew from previous experience, online and their other employee it is replaceable. One employee did offer to assist but what they had did not work. I went online and bought the part from Amazon as it was quicker than Ace. I would only visit again if it were my last resort, plenty of decent folk in Memphis to work with. I felt like the visit was a waste of time and an opportunity for them to practice their BS skills. I will reach out to management."
