"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, HORRIBLE COMPANY! BLACK MOLD behind all the exterior walls within 1 year of construction. Reeds refused to help and blamed us for paying the contractor!! Spent $70K on a building that leaks every time it rains. Blue Steel has come out and said this is one of the worst buildings they have ever seen. Reeds does not stand by their buildings or the contractors they schedule and hire to perform the work. Cannot even obtain homeowners insurance due to all the deficiencies with the roof and walls. Metal trusses and metal panels were damaged on delivery, they were asked not to install them, the damaged metal panels were installed on the roof since they didn’t think we would see them. We thought we were buying our dream home and it turned out to be a nightmare. Save yourself a ton of money and stress and go with a company that cares about doing a good job and making their customers happy. Reeds employees even vented their frustrations on how the company was being managed, said their hands were tied by the general manager and advised us to get on facebook and google to leave negative reviews."

"Very Nice people to work with, however, I was told 8-12 weeks from Order date to Completion. Ordered building in January, delivered in March and my building is still sitting on the ground as of today. I've been told for 2 months it will be constructed next week. Response to Brian, It is my hope that you will do a better job of not just selling your buildings and then lying to customers about the completion time. If this had been disclosed before I bought the building I would have either made another choice or accepted it was going to take 6 months for you to find out you didnt have a crew willing to install my building. Also, I spent a lot of money on site prep based on your start dates and it is just washing away. I guess I'll just accept and eat that cost too? Building was finished in mid July, the installers are super fast and professional. I do like my new building, just wish it was done 3 months ago. Concrete curing adds 2 weeks before you can drive on it."

They believe in doing things properly and will not offer sub par solutions or lead you down a bad path if you want to save money. They have almost every example I could think of on site which was impressive. I will update this review along the way of the life of our project."

"I recently purchased a pole type building from the Jackson location. I dealt with Christian Lindsey and he was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning the building. Delivery was made in good time , the three man crew put this structure up in about a week including the concrete. I'm very happy with my new building which is 40x 60 x 12 with a 12 foot over hang on the front. Great job guys. Thank you!"
