"Good service. They definitely take their time. Might need to hire more employees to help with the large repair queue."
"The lady that helped me was extremely nice and they had exactly what I needed! The price was very reasonable!"
"Sold me a weedeater that didn't run right. Claimed to fix it but didn't. Tried to charge me for something that was covered under warranty. Very disrespectful and argumentative when I attempted to get the product fixed correctly. Ended up taking it somewhere else where they had it fixed and running correctly within 10 minutes. Extremely poor customer service."
"Brought my 24 yr old Murray in for a new gas tank, all new fuel lines, carburetor cleaned or rebuilt depending on need, and spindles greased and a new battery. What did I get for 509.00 bucks? A new fuel tank and maybe 2 ft of fuel line-No hose clamps on anything including the fuel filter, a dead battery that’s still on the charger, mower still surges, on inspection it was never removed and cleaned, the spindles were never greased, but my bill clearly shows all these things were done. I considered buying a new mower here but after my experience, I realize it would be foolish at this point. I also had missing screws where the fuel line was replaced. I understand mistakes are apart of life. But the condition of the mower when I got it home and had time to look at it closely makes me seriously question honesty issues. I mean new fuel line and not one fuel clamp ANYWHERE?? . I will go see where, they have wasted my time and money-Shame on Them."
"Randy is a long time acquaintance and seems to run this business well. His staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They also like dogs. How could you go wrong? I heartily recommend them."
