"Worst service . I got this milk from cross road 3 days earlier has 2/27/2024 as expiry . Half used when I drank morning today it is spoilt. I went to store for return the manager is saying sorry we cannot do anything. What if u r fridge is broken or not working or u haven’t kept proper. Guys I am in bowling green, ky now for 14 years and always goes to u r store to buy stuff close and handy without even looking at your own bill or check u saying I am lying for $5 . Give me crab. Worst customer service never would go . I would rather drive korger than you."

"Our closest convenience type grocery but this IGA is more than whats usual by a gas station. Good produce and pastry, a bit of everything tho not every brand. Clean and I'm glad they now have a Subway inside; I like watching em make my subs. And I'm loyal to Shell's good gas. I buy HiTest for my mowers, my John Deere salesman recommended it. No more cold blooded small engines! Why didn't I know to buy Premium 60 yrs ago?"

"I normally love this store but tonight not so much. A bunch of employees was just sitting down behind the resister just chit chatting and throwing things. One of the items they was throwing hit me. Not one person said they was sorry or anything! Will not be returning to this location at all. I will be calling management in the morning."

"Groceries if you need a few items, Which Wich inside if you need a quick lunch, friendly employees, and it was always clean. We usually stop at Shell and this was a convenient location for us. Not a ton of space for larger vehicles, so we filled up the truck before hooking back up to the camper!"

"IGA picked the perfect area to open one of their new locations! This place has it all! Priced very competitively not to mention offering Shell gas which is considered one of the top gas in the US. Love the fresh produce, grab and go area, and which wich sandwich shop! (WOW) Highly recommend this place."
