"Their system is an absolute joke. Returns take forever, they literally can't help you if you purchased paint in another store. I own apartments in new York. Buy about 50k of paint a year, I was using Behr from home depot but decided to try using Sherwin instead. Nope, bad idea. Stick with home depot or even Lowes because their paint quality is average, customer service and systems are below average."

"Although it was a challenge to get paint advice over the phone without seeing something in front of my, the sales associate was knowledgeable and very helpful. I always get good service when I go into the store as well. I was pleased that I could complete my painting project using curbside pick up. The consistency of the service and the products make me a returning satisfied cusstomer."

"Just go a couple of miles in either direction to the next Sherwin Williams. This location is a joke. I asked for a specific color and when I got to my house it was a different color, no big deal I’ll just take it back and they will exchange it since they messed up. Nope, Roger there at the store must have been having a bad day cause they are demanding I pay for another 3 gallons lol. Rudest service I’ve ever experienced. Again there is a Sherwin Williams a couple of miles up and down Gallatin so just go to one of those."

"Everything looks okay, but;.... the Hispanic guy out front. I came in to return some stains that we didn’t use, brand new never opened, very high end stuff that we purchased in Brentwood (where we normally buy due to the amount of jobs we do there) the guy was very cold, took forever to process the return, didn’t greet or say thank you or have a nice day, all he did was turn my day just like his. This is the first time I bought from this store, very likely to be the last, maybe I’m just spoiled with the kindness and expertise of the guys in Brentwood, didn’t think for a minute that the hood would also affect the Sherwin Williams store, it did."
