"I purchased a heater that comes with a one year manufacturer warranty and then I purchased for $35 and extended warranty. I use the heater for 3 Days less than one tank of fuel and it stopped working. So I brought the heater back to Northern Tool the manager told me there was an adjustment to try that so I took it back put fuel in it tried the adjustment it still would not light up so I drained most of the fuel again and brought the heater back to Northern Tool. They told me that they would gladly exchange it that they're not supposed to take it back with any fuel in it whatsoever so they gave me a hard time because it had two quarts of fuel and a 13 gallon tank. Then they wanted to charge me another $35 for another extended warranty and told me that the $35 that I paid before was just to have the right to bring it back to the store instead of going through the manufacture. I told her I could understand that if I had used the heater for any amount of time other than 3 days. So I told her that I was not paying $35 for somebody else's lemon. She said she didn't care that she was there for four more days and she was going back to her home store in Ohio that if it lasted more than that then she wouldn't have to deal with me anymore. I didn't have to pay the $35 but I have not had such a hassle with any major corporate store than I did with them. Definitely makes me rethink purchasing from Northern Tool anymore."

"Everyone was very helpfull . The only problem i have with this order is that , i was charged tax . I filled out the prober form and waited 24 hrs. and i even got an email saying that i was tax exempt . Still got charged tax . Also i had a $20.00 dicount on my order that disapeard somehow when i checked out . Other than that , great prices ."
