"Good college bookstore. Smaller than what I hope they'd have. Half of the book store is comprised of college merchandise- they have college texts for sale, and a small section of miscellaneous books for sale."

"For this to be the college book store where you are suppose to get your college textbooks and college materials. It is absolutely ridiculous how unorganized they are. APSU should be ashamed on how they are letting the bookstore be ran/managed. I have had to go in there 5 different times for them to say they don’t have what I order online and to show them they keep sending me the emails saying my order is ready. When they don’t even have the books. They also tried to say they have given me books when they haven’t. Honestly if you can buy your books from someone or off Amazon or even through the a website that allows your to buy your course materials I would recommend doing that. I also want to put out that the workers I have dealt with has been very nice and I’m not coming for them in the review. But the book store for it to be apart of the college sucks."

"I would give it 0 stars if I could! This has been the worst experience I've ever had. Firstly, they never answer the phone – not a single department. Leaving a voicemail is useless; no one bothers to return calls. And don't even think about emailing them – you won't get a response. Secondly, they change required textbooks as if it's nothing. It's absolutely ridiculous. I don't live in Clarksville, so I had to make a trip just to find out that the book isn't in stock. It's beyond frustrating. Now that classes have started, I still have no idea when I'll receive my book."

"The staff here is hot and miss with customer service and the ability to help. Sometimes there are people where you are supposed to pick up the books and Sometimes you have to check out at the coffee shop. I was in there last week and they had some items still left over from Christmas (a Snowman wax burner) that was still not marked down yet. However, a plastic tub of the wax's- Christmas scented were on clearance. When I asked about the Snowman burners, they said they don't show in the system as marked down but unsure as to why. Um, it's February. I have also been charged for a book I ordered that never came in but was charged to my financial aid. Because it took so long, by the time they notified me the book would not be coming in, financial aid had been dispursed. They stated they could not refund me the money nor refund it to my financial aid because that was no longer an option. I was completely frustrated. It was supposed to be a rental, so at the end of the semester, I was finally able to reach someone who could give me a refund as I NEVER received the book. So, the service there is hit and miss."

"I stopped in the bookstore while I was in town visiting a friend. The store is very spacious and stocked with a variety of Austin Peay apparel and gifts, along with textbooks, school supplies, and a Starbucks. Excellent customer service."
