"The pump wasn’t working (handle would slip to not pumping after two seconds constantly) and when I went to let them know, the cashier tried to gaslight me saying it was my problem and the pump was fine. As if I’ve not had to pump gas for the last two decades in my car and had no idea how to. He was incredibly rude when I was just trying to notify them of the problem. Also, multiple pumps were out of service without obvious tape or bags over the pumps which wastes everyone’s time. So I left with my 2$ worth of gas and will not be coming back. I drive past this place every day so it’s a big L for them!"

"On this location is not prices for display on the store. The service is ok, no friendly service. Bathroom is not available, they don’t have the key."

"Very rude clerk working this night. Speaks bad english and gave severe attitude for me asking if i can use the bathroom before i made my purchase. They lied and said he has no key to open it then rambled on about how many times he has to tell me he has no key while he speaks through a mask with terrible english. All i hear is he has a key, thats great, can i have it? Apparently, i guess they work their whole shift without access to a bathroom."

"I walk up to window and person in chevron apparel barks something pointing down at the sliding transaction drawer. walks off. I realize a few minutes later he scratched a small "close" in pencil on a small piece of notepaper , taped leaning on window. he returned to bark "closed! closed! you don't see it says closed??!!" before again returning to wherever they must feed and replenish in employee lounge. I mean at least turn off the lights and blinking ATM and COFFEE sign. waste my time is ok ? during the age of covid. 5 mins past midnight on new years eve eve"
