Juice It Up!

"Last week, I went to a Juice it Up in Redlands, CA and tried all the new horchata drinks over the span of a few days. All of them were DELICIOUS and I was impressed! When I came back to my home in Lake Elsinore, I wanted to get them again so I went to the location on Central Ave. The first time I went, I got the Strawberry horchata drink and was almost surprised when I received it because tasted nothing like the one I had previously in the week. It wasn't horrible to drink, but I was still disappointed because it wasn't great. Today, I decided to give it another shot and I got the PB horchata smoothie. Not only was I extremely disappointed, but I was disgusted. It tasted horrible and nothing like the one I had in Redlands. I wasted almost $10 on a drink and I was upset. Customer service was good, but I will not be returning to this Juice It Up because the drinks are not made correctly."
