Wendy's

"March 2nd, from the tail end of 3pm to the start of 4pm. There was a woman who took our order at the drive-thru. I let her know we had a coupon. There was no one at the back window, so we drove up to the front window. The guy asked us if we told her we were using a coupon. When we told him, yes, it took a few moments, but the woman randomly appeared and inputted our order at the window. She denied the coupon. She kept saying, "she gave us the nuggets." The 6 piece. But she didn't honor the coupon. They didn't even give us a receipt. Was told the coupon was only for regular nuggets not spicy. When it clearly says (Crispy or spicy/Crujiente or Picante.) I was given the excuse that it only applies for regular nuggets. They didn't give the kids their chocolate milks. They only put 3 nuggets in the kids meals. When it's supposed to be 4 pieces. I would never reccommend this Wendy's location. Eat at your own risk. Went inside with my sister because I wanted to explain what the coupon says, and get the extra nuggets that should have came with the 6 piece we ordered, since it was not in a combo, but the way I was shut down immediately and given the same excuse was irritating. Our order was: 2 spicy chicken nugget kids meals - 6 piece Chocolate milk for both 1 spicy nugget kids meals - 4pc Small Sprite 6 pc nuggets coupon buy 1 get 1 free Small chocolate frosty Small vanilla frosty Large coke Small chilli cup Bbq sauce"

"They closed before midnight. They refused to interact with me at the drive through. I knocked on the door and they completely ignored me. I had an Uber eats order. I was stuck in the rain unsure if I should cancel. This place is trash."

"The staff at this location is friendly and helpful. Appreciate they are patient when dealing with coupons as the app was having difficulty. The Food is made quickly and correctly. The dining area is kept clean."

"Stopped by for breakfast on 10/16/2023. Dining room was closed and locked. Sign on door says dining room open at 6:30am. I can’t give a good rating for service not given."
