7 Star Auto Glass

"I was in need of replacing a broken rear car window on my Sonata and opened Google Maps for a close by shop and that happened to be 7 Star Auto Glass. So, I decided to go ahead and give them a call and I am so glad that I did! When I called the young man gave me an appt time and when I didn’t arrive on time, he called me back to offer up assistance and to ensure I wasn’t lost. I shared with him that I couldn’t find my debit card and he sweetly replied, “We offer Apple Pay if that is helpful to you?” and it was—so I was quickly on my way! When I arrived I noticed that he was expecting me because he came right over, got me checked-in & seated, then started working on the window right away. Before long, the young man came over and said he was finished. He showed me the window and it looked great! He also verified the window was working properly and then it was time to pay. Of course I couldn’t use my Apple Pay for some reason and without any hesitation, he offered me another way to pay. That worked and as embarrassing as it was for me he never made me feel like I was annoying him despite the fact that I was holding him up. This place is top notch !!! This is my very first time ever giving a business a clean 5-stars!! I recommend them to everyone!!"
