"Made a reservation to the airport in advance, and called the cab company because they never showed up. Apparently, they never put my reservation in the system."

"Dispatcher is very rude. We schedule a cab and it didn’t show up on time. When I called, I was told “well there are variables in the cab business” then hung up on. Our cab showed up 15 minutes late and we were left outside waiting on it. Very disappointing as this is the only cab company allowed on the navy base and the only option we had. We had scheduled it a while in advance too, was not last minute at all. They had plenty of notice to give us a cab on time."

"My husband and I were staying at a hotel in Coronado. On our first night, an accident caused him to go to the hospital by ambulance. A Coronado cab was outside the hotel and Tom, the driver, took me to the hospital ER and walked in with me. My husband was not there. We waited and I received a call that my husband had been re-routed to a hospital with a trauma unit. I handed the phone to Tom so he could get the location information and he took me to the next hospital. He gave me the phone number of the cab company, as well as his cell number, for when I needed a ride back to the hotel. Fortunately my husband was fine and Tom brought us home later that evening. Tom was so kind and so helpful. He was my hero that night. I will use Coronado cab whenever I am in the area."

"Unlike the other reviews I had a great experience all around...The phone operator was very nice and accommodating for a same day pick up. My driver from Coronado to the airport was wonderful. He was super friendly, early, and got me to the airport safely and quickly. I would definitely use them again!"

"DO NOT USE!! Dispatcher is extremely rude and unprofessional. She called me 30 seconds (yep) after my pick up time to tell me I was late. I was there right next to cab but the cab didn’t have Coronado name on it so I wasn’t sure it was right one. I’d just asked driver the name of person he was picking up and he didn’t know, I asked him the name of his company and he didn’t speak good enough English to understand. Dispatcher was absolutely horrible on the phone while I was standing with driver and each time I called prior as I’d called twice, once to change time. What you can get: An unnamed cab where the driver doesn’t know your name and an unpleasant phone call if your less than one minute late (while you are really there identify the unmarked cab amount 10 other cars in line) and an extremely negative and infuriating experience"
