"I took my car to this bodyshop by a referral from Geico insurance. My car was Merecedes GLE G53. They changed the rear bumper and some of other parts. There wasn’t a lot of damage. I believe my car was there for 8 days or so. After I picked up the car, everything looked perfect and it seemed that they fixed the car. But, nightmare started after passing two days of the pick up time. Lots of noises were coming from the back which were from the part they’ve replaced it. I called back this shop and they said bring the car back and we will check it out. Again, they hold the car for a couple of hours and called me that the car is fixed now. But, it wasn’t. The car sensors were all messed up! The car started making more and more noise. Again I called them and have been told to bring the car for check up. This is a redicioulos process. It was pretty obvious they couldn’t fix that kind of car! It was such a waste of of time for me for bringing the car to them to see what was the problem every week. I ended up paying a big price for nothing! I had no choice I decided to sell that car and got a brand new one. At the end, I learned to not trust the Geico’s suggested bodyshop. They all wanted to do cheap work to get rid of you. If you have any accidents I’d suggest to get the job done with your own car’s company to avoid any future headaches and nightmares with the bodyshop and insurance. That was a terrible experience and I’ll never forget that!"
