"They tried to drive my car without taking off the parking brake. Then they disassembled parts of my glove box to get to the cabin air filter. When I got into my car I looked in my glove box and realized they never bothered to reassemble the arm that slowly lowers the glove box. They just left the parts sitting in my glove box, hoping I wouldn't notice."

"3 stars because the customer service was good. Charged me $206 dollars for a full synthetic oil change with a $24 coupon. I couldnt believe it. I went here because ive heard it was reasonable priced. Boy was i wrong. I will stick to doing my own when i can. Valvoline does it for $150 and you dont even have to get out of the car in 15 minutes. I will not be back."

"While others were complaining about the long wait time, I had an oil change, tire rotation, and filter change done within 45 minutes. The man there was very nice and didn’t try to trick me because I’m a woman. He gave me many different options to choose from and some warnings that did not require me to spend money there right then and there, encouraging me to do homework abt it and come back if that service is what I need. Overall, quick easy and efficient, what more could you ask for??"

"Glad I was able to use their services quickly but disappointed they didn’t give me the initial option to get an oil change - had them check and over fill situation from another garage. They wouldn’t take out a 1/4 quart of oil due to liability. I drove away and came back decided to get a full Oil change - wanted my car to be safe. All seems much better now. Thank you"
