"Horrible place, second bad experience here. This time they lost parts to my car, and didn't put them back on, they forgot to replace 3 emblems on my car and took them more then 1 year to get them, they broke the widow washing spray nozzle and did a failed attempt to glue it back on instead of ordering a new part that they broke. And just today noticed bolts are missing that attach my fender to the frame that they didn't put back on, complete idiots here at this shop !!!!!"

"Do not go there! They failed repeatedly to assess the damage to my Prius twice. After two attempts to make repairs and at the cost of over $6000. Then they told me that I should never have expected my car to be repaired to the same condition as it was before the crash!! I filed a complaint with Bureau of Autumotive Repair"

"Got in a very small fender bender where the bumper just popped out of place in a few spots, me and the other guy brought our cars here to get a quote and avoid going through insurance to see if they could just put new clips to reattach the guys already messed up bumper prior to the collision. Ben was rude the entire time, looked at the bumper for about a whole 5 seconds and said he would send us a quote. Leave and an hour later this guy sends me an invoice for over $1k NOT including labor for a 2002 Nissan Altima with all sorts of random fees that they squeeze in there. The guy refused to listen as to what we were trying to get done and just tried to do the easiest thing for them to make the most money and just charge for a brand new bumper/new paint which the car did not need, it only needed a few clips to re attach the bumper which I told the guy. I went just down the road to Rigo's Auto Body and got a 2nd opinion thankfully and was treated completely different then from Sandpiper. Ended up getting quoted for $200 for parts AND labor and the bumper was right back to normal. I'm a young kid and clearly didn't have that kind of money to spare but of course this place could care less about actually helping someone out. If you're rich or just going through insurance and don't care about money and like being treated poorly then sure bring you're car here. Otherwise I recommend somewhere else."

"After our Audi sustained major damage in a parking lot, I received a list of approved body shops from our insurance co, Mercury Insurance. After researching and reading poor review after poor review, I selected Sandpiper but dreaded having to go thru a bad experience. Omg, this place is wonderful. I almost want to damage my other car so I can use them again. The lady at the front desk was always cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable, the opposite of a lot of the aforementioned reviews. The service manager who estimated the job and followed my car thru the process was helpful, on the spot and constantly keeping me up to date on the repair. He did all the coordinating with my insurance and even arraigned a car rental for me. The repair quality is amazing, the car looks better than the day I bought it. My insurance adjuster was equally cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. I could not be more pleased with Sandpiper and Mercury Insurance."
