"Great fast service by JiffyLube. I have been coming here for years with all my cars just because it’s fast. Last oil change took 5 minutes. I’m busy running my business so I can’t wait 4 hours else where. Yes, it’s little bit more expensive like $25 more , but my time is worth more."

"Team building is apparently in existence right from the moment I drove up to the parking lot. There are three staffing personnel. I noticed you have one greeter, a technician and an inspector for the car. In the middle of the waiting for my oil change , a team leader, which is another personnel staff comes in and try to upsell the care maintenance services: the air filter was dirty, he said:"Sir both of your air filter are dirty, would you like us to replace one or both?" I stated:"Sorry, I am not ready to do that part , today. Perhaps next time." The gentleman was nice and did not pushed me to buy any further services. You have great team building in the Psychology Leadership position and the upsetting process. Great job."

"I went to my usual place for an oil change, and it was packed with cars. Since I waited until the last minute for an oil change, I had to get it done. So I went to Jiffy Lube across the street. I was pleasantly surprised. The employees were polite and knowledgeable, and I was out in 20 minutes. There's something to be said about going to a place with one focus: no “Hey, you need brakes” when I just had them done. Or being able to get you out quickly because they're not finishing a motor. This jiffy lube is where I always go now for an oil change"
